I’m Marvin, a CELTA qualified English teacher, actor and English Club TV presenter. I grew up in London and have taught in the UK, Italy, Ukraine and China, as well as online with learners around the world.

Over thousands of teaching hours, I’ve worked with hundreds of students, from beginners finding their first words to professionals and CEOs finding their voice at work.

My lessons are lively, practical and full of conversation. Expect encouragement, honest feedback and a sense of humour. You don’t need perfect English to start. You just need to be you.

Do I need to speak good English already?

No. I’ve taught learners at different levels, including beginners. We’ll use our first chat to understand your current level and find a comfortable starting point.

Can you help with English for my job?

Yes. My experience includes teaching employees, managers and CEOs. We can focus on the conversations, meetings, presentations and vocabulary you need in your working life.

How do online lessons work?

We’ll agree a suitable time and an online video platform together. You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a microphone and somewhere you can comfortably speak.

What happens in the free consultation?

We’ll spend around 15 minutes getting to know each other, talking about your goals and discussing how lessons could work for you. It’s a chance to ask questions before you decide.
